About this opportunity:

We are seeking an Onboarding Designer who will design and develop onboarding experiences, processes and workflows, and learning and engaging assets, working with cross-functional stakeholders around the world.

What you will do:

• Design and develop onboarding experiences, including workflows, tutorials, walkthroughs, and interactive elements.
• Collaborate with People Organization, Talent Acquisition Marketing, Enablement, Delivery, Operations, Enterprise IT, Security and Compliance teams to understand onboarding goals and user requirements
• Create clear, intuitive, and engaging visual, written and video content for onboarding materials (supported by Talent Acquisition's Enablement team)
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve onboarding processes.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative analytics and data to measure onboarding effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in UX design, instructional design, and onboarding strategies.
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all onboarding touchpoints.

The skills you bring:

• Extensive experience in UX Design, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing onboarding experiences or user-centered designs.
• Strong skills in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Canva or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data and feedback.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or eLearning development.
• Experience working in technology industries.
