We are looking for an experienced Visual merchandiser with drive and passion for developing the Monki store experience that inspires our customers. You should be motivated by developing and improving the indoor presentation, be able to share and implement good processes and be focused on creating the best customer offer. You are responsible for the global guidelines of garment presentation and follow up campaigns, a-areas and department implementations. As part of the Global visual team, developing the visual experience in all store categories, you will be a key player. You will work in close collaboration with other team members & cross functionally with various departments such as merchandising, Buying Office and country organizations.
We are looking for someone with proven VM experience and eye for trends, current fashion and brand understanding. You are just as comfortable running projects on your own as directing a team and inspire them to reach new levels. You are proactive, have the ability to organize, prioritize and make things happen. It is important that you are strong in ideas, concept and implementation. The successful candidate should able to communicate ideas to all types of audiences in an inspiring way. You need to be able to thrive in a fast moving organization and aren't afraid to switch between long-term strategy work and driving current needs. You have experience in working with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign). Please note that we are an international company and our internal language is English.
