What you will do
As Component Global Responsible Engineer, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of key electromobility components - from requirements and development to testing, release, and ongoing improvements. You'll work in cross-functional teams, collaborate with suppliers, and contribute to future technical solutions. Agile methods and DevOps will guide your work as you focus on delivering value efficiently and sustainably.

Who are you?
You're a driven engineer with a holistic mindset and a hands-on attitude. You enjoy solving problems, working in teams, and pushing for progress. You value facts and engineering judgment when making decisions, and you thrive in a changing environment.
We believe you have:
A bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar.
4+ years of experience in product development.
Experience from the commercial vehicle industry and working with suppliers.
Knowledge of electric vehicle systems, power supply, or charging (a plus).
Leadership experience (e.g., scrum master or technical lead) is beneficial.
Familiarity with EMC or power electronics is an advantage.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
