We are looking for a Global Communications Manager, to join the Corporate Communications team. You will create and execute the strategy for communicating and embedding the company 's corporate strategy internally on a global basis.
The role includes suggesting strategic communication directions and channels for internal and external communications projects. You will create and manage execution of internal communication plans to connect and engage employees to business purposes and needs. You will also contribute to the successful execution of Mölnlycke 's corporate brand strategy. To be successful in this role we believe you are driven and experienced and have the ability to work on both strategic and operational level.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Be a driven business oriented strategic communicator who enjoys taking an active role in tactical execution
• Have a natural capacity for influencing and building strong networks and especially important when working in an international work environment, possess a cross-cultural understanding
• Drive an internal communications strategy and alignment on messages to ensure appropriate timing and consistent communication to employees. Contribute to setting the editorial calendar.
• Be responsible for development and execution of recurring employee communication and strategic engagement events and activities (e.g. Townhalls, quarterly brie?ngs, newsletters).
• Create and execute on internal communications plans to connect employees to the purpose and priorities of the business. Supporting functions, markets and factories to understand needs.
• Drive the internal communication process in case of a crisis or potential crisis. Deputy for Global Manager Corporate Communication in the Corporate Crisis management team.
• Measure, analyse and follow-up on KPIs to ensure effectiveness of performed communication assignments
COMPETENCIES
• Strategic and tactic communication skills and ability to build strong relationships and a consultative approach.
• A business mind set high level of business acumen and financial literacy.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate excellence teamwork and cooperation skills with a consultative approach.
• Cope with ambiguity and stressful situations in an efficient way
• Deliver to tight deadlines. Prioritisation skills and action orientation are success factors
• Experience of Change Communication and Crisis Management is highly valued.
• Experience from driving editorial content and/or ability to use one or several tools in the Adobe creative package, is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Relevant University degree or equivalent
• Relevant working and writing experience of at least 5-10 years of experience from communication, journalism, marketing or equivalent
• Strategic communication skills and experience
• Corporate Brand competence
