Complete Vehicle Controlling is a part of the Controlling & Strategy team in Volvo Group Trucks Technology. We are a team of 13 controllers located in different countries around the world. In our daily work we contribute to the profitability of the Volvo Group through various controlling activities. We support mainly the Complete Vehicle organization with 1400 employees and consultants. The yearly R&D budget is 2,0 BSEK. Complete Vehicle is regarded as the voice of our customers through the functions in Product Design, Product Builds,Features Verification & Validation, Special Vehicles and Aftermarket Technology.
Our main mission is to secure financial reporting and forecasting of R&D expenses. We are also responsible for profitability analysis of investments in testing facilities. Workload and capacity analysis is done frequently as well as make or buy investigations. We have a continuous improvement mindset in the team and we spend 20% of our time to work with efficiency initiatives.
Your main focus will be to:
Being a member of a global management team
Being a member of a global controlling team
Securemonth end closing deliveries
Drive the yearly budget process
Deliver quarterly forecasts
Make project cost analysis
Perform workload and capacity analysis
Make ad hoc analysis
Ensure the fulfillment of the Volvo Group financial policies and procedures
To be successful inyour new role we want you have the following knowledge/experience:
University degree, Masters level preferred
Minimum five years of controlling experience
Fluent in English
Analytical
Structured

Independent
Action oriented
