Overview
We are currently looking for a motivated, competent and high-performing marketer with a personal sense of drive and leadership to join our Global Hygiene Category organization within Baby Care at Essity, former SCA.
Due to identified growth opportunities this new position will increase our focus on markets outside Europe (D&E).
The Global Hygiene Category leads Essity's hygiene brand portfolio and delivers global brand strategy and innovation. With leading brands, such as TENA, Tork, Libero, Libresse, Lotus, Nosotras, Saba, Tempo and Vinda, Essity's innovations are essential to people's everyday lives around the world.

The location of this role is preferably Gothenburg and you will report to the Global Innovation Director D&E.



Main Tasks
The opportunities in D&E markets are just waiting for you to bring them to life via new solutions that better meet the needs of a defined target audience. By building close relationships with the markets and internal stakeholders, your main task is to find synergies, identify business needs and add value.
Working in partnership in a Global Innovation Team you will identify business opportunities in the markets and take prioritized concepts through all stages of the innovation funnel from concept to launch.
Cooperating closely with lead markets, Consumer Research, R&D and others, you will create and execute a long-term innovation plan for your area.

Drive overall business, brand and product strategy, innovation project organization & resources
Discover, develop and evaluate new initiatives that improves and develop the business
Support Business Unit growth by adding value or drive cost saving initiatives

Key Competencies
Key Competencies

7+ years of international FMCG marketing experience
University degree or equivalent within relevant practice
Experience and knowledge from D&E markets
Excellent English comprehension including oral and written capabilities
Strong Marketing and Brand Building capabilities
Strong Business understanding and Stakeholder management

We are looking for someone who makes the vision happen - to drive profitable business growth in our D&E markets. You need to have a holistic thinking and drive synergies across business units and geographies. You have analytical skills with the capability to provide insights and strategy deployment. We believe that you have strong communication interpersonal and influencing skills.

Additional Information
This role demands some extent of travelling, around 20%.
