hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Potentialpark Communications AB i Stockholm You will support in the planning, organization, and execution of our Field Period, during which we gather data for our annual global student and graduate survey. You will work in close partnership with our University Relations & Recruitment Manager.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
• Project management: Time planning, workforce planning, strategy, budget, forecast, documentation, event planning and follow up on activities and budget
• Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone with top schools and universities in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Recruit an international project team for the August-November field period 2017
• Support, lead, follow up with and motivate the team
• Find and onboard sponsors for our annual global survey
• Develop communication material and content to attract traffic through e-mails, newsletters, the survey platform and social media

We expect you to have:
• A University degree; minimum Bachelor's degree
• Native level of spoken and written English
• Experience in project management, digital media buying and/or sales and account management is a plus
