Zaver is a fast-growing fintech-startup that develops innovative payment solutions to accelerate the revolution of mobile payments for the underserved markets. The first pitstop in their journey is to replace physical card readers and legacy-checkouts with a lightning-fast experience. Their long-term vision is to become the link between the world of used goods and new goods. As a next step, Zaver is focusing on business development in the German market.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As Customer Support Representative at Zaver you will be a key player in a fast-paced small team, with one goal: to keep the customer base happy while expanding. Your personal drive, people skills and diligence is what will make a difference. You are laser-focused, executional and a team player. No issue is too small or too big - you'll do whatever it takes to find a solution. As a German-speaking professional, you will have the responsibility for customers in the German market. You will have customer contact via telephone, e-mail and chat and manage incoming cases, proactively helping customers by analyzing customer transactions. You will track customer health metrics and bring real customer insights to the product development team.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Completed high school degree
• Ability to express yourself fluently in speech and writing, both in German and English
• Additional language skills in Swedish is preferred
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
