For our MTV team in Stockholm, Sweden,, we are recruiting a German spoken Producer
Key responsibilities for our German target group:
Conception, development, production and implementation of channel design elements, program packages, trailer, promos and other campaign elements as well as sales promotional measures.
Development of convincing concepts, storyboards, voiceover scripts, creation of edits from existing footage in Final Cut as well as moving graphic elements from scratch in After Effects and Cinema 4D
Presentation of project concepts to the responsible decision makers (in-house and/or out of house)
Coordination and organization of the entire project, e.g. image- and sound edits, rights and clearances, communication with all other involved departments and clients out of house- sometimes with freelancers, based on project budget
Skills:
Relevant university or bachelor degree or comparable professional education
Creative work experience, for example in a design agency or creative department of a television channel
Advanced proficiency including good knowledges in After Effects 7, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator CS2, Photoshop CS2, Cinema 4D, Maya etc.
Ability to create artwork for still such as for moving animations
Ability to edit footage
Ability to visualize and conceptualize ideas and suggestions given by the individuals requesting design ideas
Must be able to conduct work in a self-directed manner with limited supervision
Flexibility to adjust project and work schedule according to departmental priorities
Excellent organization skills with positive, customer-focused attitude a plus
Fluency in German and good English skills
