The Customer Service department's primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna's customers, both our end-consumers and the e-stores using our payment services. We're now looking for German speaking agents to join our Customer Service during the summer period.

Customer Service is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer satisfaction. Our goal is to make sure we deliver the best solution possible for our customers. Your mission is to give our customers great service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail. Your excellent service is a result of your will to always go the extra mile.

You are an efficient and independent person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. We expect you to be fluent in German and English both verbal and written. Extra language skills are a plus.
