Workwide Group (Workwide AB) is a Värmland based media startup established in 2014. We run some of Europe's most exciting job boards, niched for finding international job opportunities.

Starting in Sweden and for the Swedish market in September 2015 we are now active in four markets. 2016 we rolled out our concept in Germany with www.workwide.de - Where German speakers can go to find international job opportunities as well as in France with www.workwide.fr - Where Frenchmen can find international job opportunities. Earlier this June we launched in The Netherlands with www.wihb.nl and we are planning to launch our concept in additional markets during 2018.

We currently employ six people but are looking to become eight people in January next year. The market for multilingual talent acquisition is growing every year and this means that we need two new Account Managers to do customer acquisition and manage client relationships by phone and email.

German Speaking Account Manager

We are looking for an organized, confident and hunter-type of salesman or saleswoman. We expect you to be comfortable with using the phone as your main tool for the sales process. We would consider it a merit if you have experience from the recruitment industry, but it is not a demand. You will get an introduction to the role, the business as well as the industry when you start. Native German language skills are required in this role as well as fluency in English. You will speak both German and English to your clients.

Job description:

• Customer acquisition mainly through cold calling recruitment, talent acquisition or marketing managers around the world
• Sell and communicate our recruitment marketing services in a compelling and easily understandable way
• Build your own pipeline and manage your portfolio of customers
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales objectives, metrics, and quotas

Requirements:

• Native German speaker
• Fluent in English
• You have a structured approach to your work
• University degree - Preferably in Business Management, Marketing or Communication

We would consider it a plus:

• If you have sales experience from the recruitment, advertisement, media or sourcing industry
• If you speak an additional European language
