The Geometrical Architect Engineers (GAE) main task is to verify and secure the virtual builds (DMU, digital mock up), for complete driveline internal Powertrain and towards vehicle installation.
You are involved in our product projects from the early phases more or less until start of production and even thereafter working to secure a high level of trust in the documentation during updates and changes on our existing products.
The product knowledge is a big contributor to your success as GAE since the role is requiring the ability to see the individual components and systems come together to a complete product. A wide network will come natural since the role requires a continuous dialogue and to be able to guide and support Designers and Component Responsibles of all altered parts.
The GAE is responsible of leading Design Reviews as well as weekly packaging meetings within the running projects. Here, your skill to motivate colleagues to cooperate and solve issues is central as well as that you need to be comfortable in driving the meetings and assigning and follow up on tasks to secure progress.

• Engine Product knowledge
• Very good CAD knowledge and experience
• High level of English, written and spoken
• To appreciate structure and have strong communication skills
• A university degree in Mechanical engineering or similar
