Publiceringsdatum2012-08-10Dina arbetsuppgifterThe role is located in Stockholm. Reporting to the Managing Director - Europe, you will be a member of the European senior management team and will hold the European area responsibility for installation, commissioning and aftercare of our plants as well as the operational performance of all our production and service operations in the region. Key responsibilities will include planning and monitoring of profitability targets for each of the operation centers; supervising outsourced production, procurement and management of the After Care/service division to ensure budgets and schedules are met. Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty are key outcomes.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
The span of operations is European wide and thus requires very strong inter-cultural leadership skills. You will be decisive, proactive, motivated and very organized with first class people management skills, the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, and excellent communication skills. This role requires strong business and technical acumen, along with a willingness to travel to customer locations, project sites and, where required be "hands on" alongside our engineers, personally leading expediting initiatives.

• experience in Project Management
• financial tracking and reporting of budgeted cost and profitability
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
• German and Swedish is preferable
• engineering degree or similar background
