Are you ready to lead as our CRM Expert?
You'll be the brain behind our CRM strategies, observing customer preferences and creating effective marketing strategies. Your goal? Manage our CRM and Marketing Automation plan from start to finish. Explore our customer database, create fantastic campaigns, and see the sales results skyrocket!
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns, coordinating across channels.
• Mapping, building, managing, and optimizing customer and prospect database.
• Implement CRM strategies to drive engagement, sales, and retention throughout the customer journey.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and sales.
• Compose relevant reports and analytics that lead to customer and concept development. Provide ongoing reporting of CRM activity related KPI: s.
• Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience:
• 3-6 years of experience of shaping and executing a CRM strategy
• Substantial CRM and email marketing experience (experience with Symplify software is a plus).
• Proven hands-on experience with marketing automation in diverse companies or agencies.
Technical Skills: Google Analytics 4, Excel, Bi tools, ISOS knowledge, HTML/CSS, Basic Programming Skills (Ruled based segmenting)
Other Skills:
• Solid grasp of analytics and conversion optimization.
• Understanding of mobile-first design and responsive web design principles.
• Ability to strategize and implement CRM innovations effectively.

• Proven experience in multi-channel marketing

• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
