Our Future Talent Programme is a one or two year programme that will develop your leadership and your other professional skills in a truly international environment. We are now looking for a driven and passionate newly graduate for the role as a Digital Business Development Analyst, which is one of the positions in our Leadership-track (the two-year programme).
From day one you will be delivering results as a true team member and hold a permanent position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak and experience a network of colleagues all over the world. And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme finishes you will have gained great experiences to help you continue your exciting career within our company.
About
Be a game-changer at Tetra Pak and bring ideas to life by helping us revolutionize the digital package. To deliver our strategic goal of widening our digital solutions portfolio, we are now seeking a Digital Business Development Analyst to support with digital experimentation activities with our customers.
In this position, you will be working across functions with team members from portfolio management, business development, sales, marketing and supply chain operations. You will report to the Digital Business Development Director and sit within the Cross Portfolio team in Product Management and Commercial Operations. Based in Lund, Sweden, this role will provide ample opportunities to travel globally and meet our customers.
As a Digital business development analyst, you will:
• Map and identify potential customers who could benefit from innovation initiatives
• Participate in early phases of innovation projects to map customer pains & gains, generate insights and structure requirement specification for development phase of the project
• Drive development of business logic and business case of innovation project in close co-operation with product management function
• Develop value argumentation and value propositions based on customer needs and pains to support commercialization of experiments
• Prepare and facilitate customer business development workshops
Qualifications
• Master degree within Management Science, MBA preferred. OBS! To qualify for this trainee programme, your Master degree has to be from 2017 or 2018.
• You are curious and eager to learn new things. You are a fast thinker who likes to solve problems and to work with people from various cultures.
• You are result oriented, driven and have an ability to inspire and create commitment and engagement. You have a strong business mindset as well as excellent communication skills and a keen interest in marketing and business development.
• You are a positive and a high energy person who loves networking and enjoys to be a part of a team. You have a strong personal drive and are used to take on your own initiatives and work pro-actively to create results.
• You can work and learn in English
The Programme starts in September 2018. The position is based in Lund, Sweden but includes local and international job rotations.
