hela Sverige We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Functional Safety and Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience as a System Safety Engineer/Functional Safety Manager or equivalent role for a software project.
The candidate should have proven experience in defining processes based on their knowledge of any international functional-safety standard, possibly ISO 26262, IEC 61508, IEC 62304, ARP4754, DO-178C, from the Automotive-, Medical-, or Aerospace industry, or similar. At least one year of experience within Automotive Cybersecurity, awareness of cybersecurity standards, is also required.
Responsibilities:
• Tailor software development processes to comply with standards set by VCC and Safety/Security standards.
• Identify gaps between processes and needs for the domain and support the closing of these gaps.
• Guide the software development across the ART to meet requirements from safety standards.
• Work hands-on and create high-quality work products required for compliance with standards.
• Have sound knowledge in functional-safety processes, such as FMEA, FHA, or similar.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• At least two years of experience as a System Safety Engineer/Functional Safety
• Manager or equivalent role for a software project.
• Proven experience in defining processes based on their knowledge of any international functional-safety standard, possibly ISO 26262, IEC 61508, IEC 62304, ARP4754, DO-178C, from the Automotive-, Medical-, or Aerospace industry, or similar.
• At least one year of experience within Automotive Cybersecurity, awareness of cybersecurity standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
