We currently have the following job opening;
Function Owner Fuel and SCR Storage and Filling
As a Function Owner for Storage and refueling you will actively drive and lead the functions making sure the requirements are fulfilled given targets in terms of cost, timing, delivery and quality.
The functions Fuel and SCR Storage and Filling are closely working together with the other functions within the Fuel and SCR system such as EVAP, Distribution and Level indication. As a function owner you have focus on both current and future fuels on the market. You will report to the System manager and System Project leader.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Overall responsible of Fuel and SCR Storage and Filling functions in vehicle.
• Secure required documentation is available at each level in the development process, e.g. create/ maintain storage and refueling strategy and requirements in order to meet all vehicle and law requirements.
• Drive and secure interface alignment in the complete chain of functional development & verification in a closed-loop setup, e.g. from function owner to function realization to system owner to HW/SW component owner.
• Create Analysis & Verification need, including verification activities, vehicle tests and field tests, and report function development & verification status.
• Provide input related to storage and refueling to vehicle owner's manual.
• Support prototype series build & verification activities from a functional development/ verification perspective.
• Support System manager, System project leader and System engineer in technical discussions and challenges involving the storage and filling.
Profile and Background
• Bsc or Msc engineering
• Experience from working with function or system development. Cooperation with suppliers, as well as verification of technical requirements.
• Experience within Powertrain development is desired; Fuel System development is meritorious.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Used to work in project and team form applying relevant tools, e.g. Team Center, System weaver and/or Elektra.
• Familiar with the release process of software and hardware in the automotive industry.
• You are a skilled user in Microsoft Office
• You are flexible and structured, can work independently as well as in teams.
• You have a strong drive and engagement. Self-going and self-learning.
• You have a genuine interest in automotive and can combine practical and theoretical knowledge.
• You are willing to help others and to ask for help when needed.
• You have an openness and awareness of Asian, European and foreign cultures.
