In this role you will solve complex challenges, ship new features and maintain existing products. You will use a variety of technologies to build products. Our stack consists of various technologies including PHP, Typescript, Angular, Ionic, MongoDB, Python, Lambda, Codeship, Elastic Beanstalk, Heroku, Docker, Jest, InfluxDB, NodeJS.

What you will be doing

• Implementing new features and improving existing ones
• Working with core backend services
• Providing direction to the product's technical architecture
• Having direct impact on the product on a day to day basis
• Shipping code continuously
• Working on a variety of technical challenges
• Being an active participant in peer code reviews and release retrospectives
• Joining adiverse, experienced, cross-functional team with agile and DevOps mindset
• Joining a collaborative working environment that encourages personal development

What we are looking for

• Expert in PHP or other scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc.)
• In-depth understanding of the web stack, software architecture and system design
• Production experience in the cloud
• Familiaritywith MongoDB or other document databases
• Experience with TDD
• Knowledge about CI/CD, DevOps
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience with Javascript(ES6, Typescript)/Angular
• Experience with PHPUnit, Jest, AWS, RabbitMQ, Heroku, Docker
• Familiarity with scrum and agile working methods
• Active in the programming community and have finalized a number of personal, as well as community driven projects
