We are looking for you with excellent knowledge of IKEA concept and processes, both on a strategic and operational level. The customer is top of mind in everything you do.
You are curious and want to be the expert and use your common sense and KPI analysis when it comes to supporting a great customer experience. Cost-efficiency and availability are two things that mean a lot to you. You enjoy finding great solutions for a better customer experience and more efficient ways to work. You want to contribute creating a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints for our customers.
With your analytical abilities and knowledge in Office 365 and other IKEA supporting systems, you are able to get essential information transparent and understandable cross-functional. With your knowledge and ability to build strong relationships you are able to transform ideas into performances in a high paced environment where all parties understand their role and work efficiently together. It is crucial to have great a commercial mindset to succeed in this role.
It is of great importance for you to have an entrepreneurial spirit and good ability to lead yourself and you will be expected to take responsibility for the development and implementation of your commitments together with your team. You have previous experience working in projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
The Fulfilment Unit Operations team (former Sales & Supply Support team) consists of a Fulfilment Integration Manager and 3 Fulfilment Integration Specialists. Together we support the store when it comes to availability in an omni-channel environment - at the right time, at the right place and in the right amount. We constantly try to see things from a customer perspective; what are the needs and what are the expectations for us as an IKEA store today and in the future.
We want to be a big part of the positive customer experience. Our function is a lot about collaborations with other units and functions. We want to make sure that efficient work routines and support systems are applied and understood in the store - so that everyone has the right focus when it comes to availability and cost-efficiency.
In work you will:
• Contribute to planning and execution of commercial activities.
• Contribute to the execution of operational forecasting.
• Contribute to securing correct range management.
• Contribute to securing correct stock accuracy.
• Contribute to securing optimal stock structure.
