At G+D we are working to connect watches, refrigerators and cars. And everything else. Together we create products and solutions for the future. Our goal is that plastic SIM cards will be eliminated by downloading subscriptions automatically with software systems we develop. In that way we will make the world simpler, more flexible and enable everyone to change subscription with ease.
Working as a Frontend Developer at G+D gives you the opportunity to work with the latest frontend technologies by developing several interfaces and writing automated tests. You also get to contribute and influence UX and our design process. You and your team will be given a high level of ownership of your tasks and will be able to impact the entire product lifecycle - that means setting the goals, setting timelines, developing the product, testing it, shipping it, and maintaining it.
You work closely with product owner, scrum master and other developers and testers in an agile environment in a scrum team. With your scrum team you make time estimates and deliver accordingly. You might also interact directly with our internal customers to discuss UX design and troubleshoot any problems.
We re looking for you who have a strong interest in frontend development and skills in these areas: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular.
We own our products and develop them by continuous improvement of our working methods and tools within R&D as well as identifying inventions. In this role you are based at our office in Stockholm.
Qualifications
Fluent in English
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Typescript
Experience with any JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, Vue
Some knowledge with end-to-end testing tools
Agile models such as scrum
Working with version control systems such as git
Personal characteristics
