• Find new business opportunities as well as manage existing client relations
• Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships via telephone, live meetings and delivery workshops
• Drive various sales, marketing and research activities and events
• Create insights and prepare client presentations and proposals
• Build your personal brand within our core areas and represent Potentialpark as an account manager, speaker and marketer

To succeed in this role, you are:
• Sales-driven and target-focused with a willingness to consistently go above and beyond to achieve results
• A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments
• Confident with strong, proven negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• A great relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Interested in our areas of expertise
We expect you to have:
• A university degree; minimum Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of proven experience in sales and account management
• Native level of spoken and written French & English
