Working tasks
In the past 6 years Klarna has branched out to Scandinavia and Europe. We are still expanding which means that we need even more competent and driven staff to help us on our way. One of Klarna’s risk team, investigations, is now looking for a French speaking Risk agent.
The Investigations team main responsibility is to prevent and investigate in fraudulent cases. We support authorities like Police and Prosecutors as well as our customer and merchants that are beeing subjected to online fraud.
You will be responsible for investigation of disputes and difficult cases where crimes have been committed in the form of fraud. You will be helping customers, merchants, government agencies, police and prosecutors. This is a pretty new team within Klarna’s Risk department and some projects will be related to building and developing the department. The investigation team consists of 8 people that together manage all Klarna’s disputes connected to fraud cases. The team helps all Klarna’s offices so you will have the opportunity to build your own network within Klarna.
Who are you?
The one we are looking for is a skilled communicator, solution oriented and street smart. You have an interest in e-commerce and enjoy the thought of learning more about fraud and risk and like to take initiatives. You are fluent in French and English, both in writing and speech. It is a great plus if you are able to write and speak Swedish as well.
The position does not require any education or work experience within the field of risk but it is considered a merit if you have taken one or two courses at a university level within law and/or economics. It's also a great plus if you have computer and data skills like SQL.
Since your role include a lot of contact with authorities, police, merchants and other departments within Klarna it is of great importance that you can create a professional relationship with your contacts and work independently. In order to thrive in this position it is important that you are social, confident in your decisions and enjoy responsibility.
