Formpipe is currently hiring a Test Manger to our development office in Uppsala, Sweden.
Background
The product that you will work with is widely used inside both private companies and the Swedish public sector. The product handles big volumes of data and enables people to work efficiently together. With different geographical locations and teams, your success as a test manager is determined based on your ability to communicate and to implement and supervise routines and procedures so that these are followed accordingly.
The role as a test manager also includes test planning in close collaboration with test lead, test execution, staff management and quality planning and assurance. It is therefore of utmost importance that you are used to software development routines related to testing, have proven experience in successfully setting up routines and procedures and have previously supervised teams and individuals successfully.
Your qualifications
To be able to successfully accomplish your tasks as a Test Manager, the following qualifications are required:
• Education at university level which includes software development
• At least 4 years of experience working with software development
• Experience in resource, team and project management (with examples)
• Experience in establishing routines and procedures
• Experience in GxP and Life Science
• Experience in agile methodology
• Experience in Formpipe Platina
• Fluent Russian/Ukrainian (due to development in off-shore offices related to Sweden)
