The WCM group with in Packaging Material Supply Chain Operations has a mission to:
• Make continuous improvement part of Tetra Pak culture by supporting WCM implementation in our Packaging Material Factories
• Improve our operation efficiency in different aspects by understanding and eradicating losses
• Contribute to increase Customer Satisfaction by adopting a customer centered approach in every improvement effort
• Facilitate cross-functional cooperation by establishing a common language and approach to loss eradication
• Expand the mindset across the Supply Chain and Innovation Chain
As a Focused Improvement Specialist you will work with the WCM Champions and in connection to the converting Factories FI Pillars. You will drive improvement of Efficiency, Process Waste and Productivity losses.
Publiceringsdatum2008-12-04KvalifikationerYour responsibilities will be to:
• Understand global losses in Converting Factories Equipment Efficiencies and Process Waste
• Lead the Global Deployment of Losses for these 2 KPIs
• Keep together the information and follow up about the Global Focused Improvement Teams-Projects
• Facilitate benchmark
• Survey main problems and propose strategies to attack
• Follow up improvement activities
• Facilitate D&E-Factory collaboration in priority activities
We believe you are a problem solver with a structured way of working. You have strong personal drive and good communication skills. Excellent command of English both written and spoken is a requirement. You will have a university degree and the right attitude to study continues improvement methods. Working 1- 3 years with WCM will be an advantage.
