To meet IvoCall's growth in Scandinavia, we are looking for a strong sales profile with a flair for software for the cultivation and maintenance of potential customers in Finland. IvoCall is a software company that sells its own products telemarketing and marketing automation software.
The system is used by a number of Danish and foreign companies, including Telenor, Nykredit, UNICEF, and Gjensidige Forsikring. IvoCall is known for its great ease of use and flexibility.

At IvoCall we put the emphasis on freedom with responsibility and meeting the individual's desires and ambitions. We are seeking a results-oriented and outgoing seller who would like to join our talented team. Your primary responsibility will be the cultivation of Ivocall's new market in Finland. IvoCall has had annual growth of over 35% and expects at least the same growth in the coming years.

The job:

Consists in cultivation of the Finnish market with coverage and segmentation, booking of meetings and follow-up sales visits with resulting signed orders.

In addition, it is expected that you will begin handling the start-up and support of your own customers.

You are:

We expect that you have experience in outbound telemarketing, either as a former owner, manager or as a seller to the telemarketing industry with proven sales experience from canvassing sales.
You can communicate at all levels and have a clear view of processes in both telemarketing and basic elements in the development and construction of software.
It is essential that you work in a structured and pragmatic way with a high degree of readiness for change.
You will be the spearhead in Finland and comfortable with a high level of freedom with responsibility.
It is essential that you are results-oriented, have a "winner gene" and thrive on success.
It is expected that you can communicate at negotiation level in English and Finnish, both written and spoken.

You will be based at the head office in Copenhagen, where you will be expected to visit a few times a month. The rest of the time you will be working in the field or from home.
