Our Consumer Finance department are now looking for a Finnish speaking Pre-collection Officer! As a Pre-collection Officer you will be involved in the whole process, from the beginning to the end.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibility as a Pre-collection officer is to actively process and help customers with payment difficulties. Together with the customer, you will create payment plans to help the customers to come in phase with their payments. The role includes continuously communication, administration and follow-up. In the role you will have contact with third part companies such as the external collection agency in Finland.
Together with your colleagues you will be involved in the continued development of the department 's routines and processes.
Responsibilities:
• Making payment plans for customers.
• Handling incoming payments.
• Communicating with debt-collection agencies.
• Strategic planning for pre-collection.
• Handling customer emails and outbound calls.
• Actively reminding customers who have payments in due.
• Other backoffice tasks.
Who are you?
As a Pre-collection officer you need to have previous work experience from finance and/or dept-collection sector. We think you have an education related to business or commercial.
To be successful in this role we believe you like to have many contact areas, have the ability to prioritize between tasks and are very communicative and service minded. You are structured, solution-oriented and flexible.
Since this role will primarily work towards our Finnish operations you need to speak Finnish fluently. Good English skills are also required. Swedish language skills and a good knowledge of Excel is a big plus.
