MultiMind is looking to appoint an order administrator with a focus on the Finnish market.
Our client is an renowned multinational with over 100,000 employees worldwide, the pace is fast and the challenges continuous.
This is a temporary role with good prospects for a long-term contract.

We are looking for someone with a genuine drive to deliver quality customer-service. You achieve this mainly through you exceptional ability to communicate to a variety of different people from different backgrounds.
You see opportunities and you are regarded as a 'solution' oriented person.
You have dependable administrative skills and you are organized; this means you are ready for the unexpected and able to cope with high workloads and able to 'put the customer first'.
Profile
Fluent Finnish is a prerequisite; the company language is English so you should be comfortable with working with English.
Previous experience of working with customer service (From retail, hospitality etc.)
Previous experience of working with order handling is desirable; this means processing and administrating customer orders within SAP or something similar.
Basic MS Office knowledge
