Customer Support is as a second line support function who provides our customer's with excellent service by answering their questions mainly by email and also by phone. Your main task will be to solve complex errands escalated from our 1st line and you will also be involved in different projects regarding our routines and processes.? The department's mission is to ensure that Klarnas consumers receive the highest level of customer service.
To succeed in this role you are a driven and independent person who have a strong interest in communication. You enjoy investigating and solving complex customer errands and you always "walk the extra mile" to do so. You have strong pedagogical skills and you thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. Finnish is your native language and ideally you have additional language skills as well.
