hela Sverige Axel Arigato is offering a full-time position for a financial assistant/office manager at the head office in Gothenburg. The person we 're looking for is service minded, well organized and enjoys taking initiatives. The primary function of this role is to assist our expanding finance department, but will also be responsible for the general organization of our new head office. This is an exciting role for a person who thrives in a fast paced and shifting environment.
Tasks will include, but not be limited to:
• Assisting with accounts payable - organizing and paying bills.
• Handling receipts and company cards.
• Booking of hotels and flight-/train tickets.
• Administrating travel expenses.
• Managing claims/reminders towards wholesale clients.
• Maintaining and filling other paperwork.
• General organization of office, reception area, common spaces and conference rooms.
• Ordering inventory and consumables.
• Retrieve and distribute office mail and packages.
When hiring for this role we will be putting much emphasis on the personal and social skills. Although, we truly appreciate if you fulfil the following:
• A high school or KY education within economics.
• Ability to cooperate within a team but is also self-motivated and driven when working independently.
• Highly organized, flexible and keen on taking initiative
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for details.
• Experience in working with salary is a plus.
