Job Summary
We are now looking for a Financial Analyst in (BNEW BF, Engineering Service) review, analyze and report the Financial progress and deliverable advice and recommendations based on findings to drive financial performance of the organization unit. In this role, you shall also coordinate and drive the financial planning process of an Ericsson Organization (including Forecast, Business Planning support) in the short medium term in accordance with global standards. Collaboration within business finance as well as with stakeholder organization is required for both positions. A good understanding of both business and financial processes is required as well as drive and initiative.

You will
Drive adherence to Financial Governance
Drive financial planning (including forecast process)
Influence performance improvements from business analysis
Secure business performance in period end closing
Innovate and drive reporting and analytics solutions
To be successful in the role you must have :
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements :
Education: A degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 5 years' experience from relevant position within Ericsson or relevant position at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role Financial Analyst.
Ericsson Business process knowledge
Ericsson wide Knowledge & Skills :
Accounting & Reporting Skills also Knowledge in IFRS / PP&E Process Accounting principles.
Financial Acumen & Analysis Skills (Analytical & Problem solving skills.)
Excellent Knowledge in MS Excel and Power Query and Knowledge on Data Visualization (Power BI).
Experience & knowledge in SAP.
Drive financial model solution and System solution
Capable of adapting & Responding to Changes
Adhering to Principles & Values
Deciding & Initiating Action
Experience in inventing and innovating and Good communication ,presentation skills.
A great team player.
Additional Requirements:
High skills in Power query in Excel
Power BI
Automation and Machine Learning language (If)
