Genesta's existing portfolio under management totals approximately EUR 750 million and includes investments located in Sweden, Finland and Lithuania. Genesta currently manages two funds including a value enhancement fund totaling EUR 600 million in investment volume.

Genesta has an opening for two financial analysts to join the Genesta team. Specific duties will include financial and cash flow analysis, modeling in Excel, underwriting, business planning and market studies, etc.
Successful candidates will quickly develop deep knowledge of finance, real estate, financial structuring and business in general.
Profile
We are looking for high performing individuals with excellent academic records. A suitable background is likely to include a Master's degree in engineering and/or economics with a focus on mathematics, statistics, finance or accounting. The position demands a highly motivated person with an ability to learn fast, work well under pressure and multi-task on a variety of projects. A strong interest in finance is essential.
The position is well suited for applicants who are now graduating or have a maximum of one year of working experience.
Skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills are important.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Other language skills are also encouraged. Swedish skills are highly beneficial but not required.
Good Excel modeling skills (or proven ability to learn quickly).
Good working knowledge of other Microsoft products such as Word and PowerPoint.
