Finance Partner and Controller
As Finance Partner & Controller, you will be the financial point of contact for assigned Therapy Areas within LOCs (starting with Gen Med followed by rotations in other TAs), and the overall expense management to deliver financial targets. Scope includes decision support, sales forecasting, financial management, ROI analysis, benchmarking. This role will provide support to Swedish Leadership team, Sweden SFP, GM and Regional stakeholders on how to optimize allocation of resources and manage the LOC P&L.
In this role you will...
• Support Cluster and LOCs Commercial and Finance organization with financial support for assigned Therapy Area and overall LOC SG&A management
• Work on financial models to help prepare robust market Share assumptions underpinning the financial forecast
• Provide insight to Swedish LT in the decision-making process. Carry out Profitability Analysis and Performance Management
• Support with preparing robust forecast during CCC and focus on sales forecast accuracy and bias. (Participate in Pre-DRMs and MPRs)
• Ensuring spend management within allocated budget and finding opportunities for optimum investments levels (ROI Analysis for A&P and Field Force)
• Be the key liaison for Plan/PU2 cycles
• Be responsible for market understanding and assist in Brand Portfolio Analysis, New Launches Support and Pricing Optimization (leading the monthly Price Board Activities)
Why you?
Qualifications & Skills:
• University degree in a relevant subject
• 2-5 years' experience in Finance/Business Partnering role in multinational companies
• LOC experience of working in the market
Preferred:
• Professional Accounting Qualification
• Educated in IFRS. Good knowledge of GSK Finance standards, systems and processes
• Experience a commercial finance organization in pharmaceutical industry
• Financial modelling analytics experience
• Proven team player
