Finance
As a member of the finance function, you'll drive, analyse and control Kry/Livi's strategy, goals and performance. You and your group will have a central role in the company, and work as an embedded part of various teams. Finance is exposed to a variety of challenges at a fast pace. Therefore, we'll always participate in business planning & forecasting initiatives, run improvement projects and facilitate cross-team collaborations.

Apart from leadership onboarding and leadership training, we now offer a 6-month coaching program. During the program, you'll focus on improving exactly the qualities that you consider to be most relevant to your growth as a manager.
OUR CHALLENGE FOR YOU
• Lead the Nordic finance team (5+ individuals)
• Responsible for accurate and timely closing of books (monthly)
• Support Nordic and Business Area mgmt. In finance topics
• Responsible for board and mgmt. Reporting
• Drive the Nordic organisation's agenda towards group finance and other group functions
• Execute ad-hoc analysis based on organisational needs
• Develop new and improve existing finance processes
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS
• Highly experienced background working in a finance role.
• Leadership: Have experience leading a team of individuals in a finance role
• Month-end closing: Experience with closing the books (Income statement, balance sheet, accruals)
• Reporting: Experience with group and external (board) reporting, skilled with communicating financials results to different audiences
• Analytical: Analytical mind and experience analysing financial data. Used with managing large amounts of data
• Quantitative: Skilled with excel and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
• This role is fast paced and needs someone who is able to manage the demands of a company experiencing high growth
• Can take on responsibility and is not afraid to push back when required.
It is not essential to have all these skills, but an aptitude and willingness to develop those you don't know is key.
