hela Sverige You will be the Finance Manager in Sweden and cooperate closely with colleagues from the finance departments and all stakeholders from different business teams in the EU. You will be in charge of the consolidation in Sweden , since we have HQ in Sweden and different branch office in Europe
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily accounting work, work actively with the finance and IT departments at group headquarters, as well as with third-party service provider, to support the tax accounting and reporting flow.
Support local tax research, planning, analysis, and documentation activities
Ensure that all the local tax obligations are met. Prepare VAT returns, intra-community reporting, and annual trade tax & reporting
Support on statutory, internal & external tax audits .
Submit other internal or external mandatory reporting as necessary
Support European business team and respond to all tax-related inquires
Support the statutory finance statements & audit supports in local countries
Act as the key point of contact with local authorities
Provide ad-hoc support for various finance-related projects as needed
Qualifications:
Degree at Bachelor level or above in Accounting, Tax Law or Fiscal Economics
Previous experience in the digital businesses or staffing industry an advantage
Excellent command of written and spoken local language and English.
Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
A great communicator who can build strong working relationships with external advisors and internal stakeholders
Ability to quickly analyze data and make recommendations
Results-oriented, with outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
