An exciting position in the Financial Planning & Analysis team, with special focus on controlling and business partnering toward R&D and RA/QA (regulatory affairs, quality assurance). The main responsibilities will be to provide financial insights to business stakeholders, which will include following up on KPIs, supporting project managers with understanding their figures, and playing a key role in the annual budget and monthly forecast processes. The role will also be to seek out opportunities to increase efficiencies or save cost within the business itself, actively driving value creation. Ad-hoc analysis will be involved and there will be a dotted reporting line to the functional leaders.

Responsibilities
Finance business partnering toward R&D and RA/QA, driving initiatives to create efficiencies and value for the business
Controlling of reported numbers, KPIs, FC/BU variances, etc. for reasonableness and correctness
Lead and prepare annual budget for R&D and RA/QA, coordinating with functional leaders and providing necessary insights and analysis to support decision making in the process
Management reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a financial field (economics, accounting, finance, etc.)
5+ years of relevant experience as analyst, controller, finance business partner, or similar position.
Analytical skills, ability to handle complexity and large amounts of data.
Good stakeholder and interpersonal skills are a requirement, as is a curiosity to understand the business and what lies behind the numbers.
Experience in driving change and improvement initiatives is an asset.
English fluent in speech and writing. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a benefit
