At our factory in Sävsjö we produce over 110 million cans of snus a year and have experienced consistent growth in the scale of our operations.
The Role
A vacancy has arisen for the role of Finance Analyst at our Factory in Sävsjö. Reporting to the Factory Controller, the Finance Analyst will be a crucial member of a new Finance Department. The Finance Analyst's key responsibility will be to support factory management with cost management and allocation of capital resources to improve business performance.
The Finance Analyst will initially be dedicated to developing and implementing improved finance processes at the factory before assuming responsibility for; financial reporting, budgeting & cost management and financial control.
Key Accountabilities
Financial Reporting -
Production of monthly management accounts
Highlighting and reporting on significant variances in management accounts
Budgeting & Cost Management -
Product Standard Costing
Preparation of forecasts and budgets
Support, guide and challenge Budget Managers to manage their cost base and identify savings
Financial Control -
Ensure there is a robust financial control environment
Implement tight budgetary control over spending
Skills & Experience
University level education in finance / accounting
1-2+ years accounting / finance experience
Energy and resilience, ability to prioritize and focus on key drivers to improve business performance
Strong problem solving and financial analysis skills
Efficient team player with experience of dealing with stakeholders outside of finance
Excellent Excel skills
Fluent in English, fluency in Swedish is an advantage
