In order to be able to create more world-class digital toys, we're currently looking for a Finance administrator to join our Stockholm studio.
Role description:
As Finance administrator at Toca Boca, you will be responsible for handling all incoming invoices and making sure that they are paid in time, working together with our budget holders in Stockholm as well as coordinating with our Finance Controller in San Francisco. We think that you are a meticulous administrator with a great eye for details.
Responsibilities:
Owning the AP process, following up and making sure that our suppliers are paid
Supporting managers with budget forecasting
Setting up new suppliers
Working with our payroll supplier, with time reports and expense reports process
HR-administrative tasks using Workday
Updating and filing contracts and agreements as well as HR and corporate policies
Travel bookings
Insurance
Required background:
Bachelor in Finance/Business administration or equivalent work experience
Fluent in both English and Swedish
Experience with handling invoices and accounts payable
Reliable, self motivated and with a rigorous and conscientious approach
Experienced in using Excel and the Google suit
Beneficial experience:
Experience from working in a cross-ocean company
Prior experience from using Indesign

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office. We apply 6 months probationary employment.
