Field Services Engineer - responsibilities:
• Creating and maintaining technical user documentation
• Provide project support to projects throughout the project lifecycle for all group companies
• Develop and deliver training to group companies to enable them handle projects autonomously
• Continuously develop technical documentation for new releases
• Provide project technical support on all levels and stages of projectDescription here
Field Services Engineer - skills and experiences:
• Proven track record in delivery of commercial projects
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• A customer focused attitude with proven experience in establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Working knowledge of both building service and channel to market process
• Experience in providing technical training
• Experience in troubleshooting issues with complex systems
• Basic knowledge of networking and cloud service computer skills
• Degree level qualified (engineering, electrical or science), industry trade certificate or building services experience
• Experience in design, install and commissioning of Building Management Systems, Audio/Visual systems, Internet of Things and Smart Building systems would be an advantage
• Knowledge of the EU electrical and lighting standards and codes would be an advantage
