This is a permanent position with Elekta. We hope you're this type of person.The purpose of all the work we do at Elekta is to help clinicians improve patients' lives.As a Field Service Engineer within the Service Nordics function you get a chance to develop your technical skills in cutting-edge products within the MedTech area. You will be a valuable part of our Service Nordics team, consisting of 7 Field Service Engineers based in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. During your onboarding period with Elekta you will get a proper introduction to our machines and the role as Field Service Engineer.What you'll do at ElektaMaintain a good customer relationshipPreventive and corrective maintenanceProblem-solving remotely together with customerInfluence and plan your own workTravel about 75% of your timeThe right stuffTo be a suitable candidate for this position we think you have at least four years of work experience in a similar role working with MedTech equipment and completed training for Elekta products especieally Linear accelerators. Preferably you also have a Bsc/Msc degree in Electronics or Mechanics. We also see that you are fluent in Finnish and English.To fit with the role, we prefer if you have prior knowledge of Elekta products, such as Linear Accelerator, Brachy system, or similar products.What you'll bring with youBesides living by our values, your ability to work in a team and take responsibility for your own work will be success factors in this position.
