Aftermarket Technology is a function with the mission to provide our customers with the best possible solutions supporting their aftermarket business. AMT site Gothenburg are looking for a Feature leader to strengthen the diagnostic area.
Diagnostics is a major contributor to minimize workshop time by efficient and correct fault tracing to make sure the correct fault is found quickly. By predicting vehicle failures before they occur and take proactive actions and roadside breakdowns - unplanned stops can be avoided.
Main tasks:
In this role you will lead the activities to develop and strengthen the diagnostic area within the maintainability feature. You work in projects and will be responsible for translating feature targets into requirements verification and validation actions during the development process. The role includes reporting the feature status during feature reviews and updating the verification and validation plan. You will deliver status reports to the gate openings, including approvals or proposals and requests for modifications in the projects.
As a feature leader you will support the Global Feature leader in defining the future vision on features inside the Feature Coordination Teams, documented in Feature Development Plans.
Competitor Vehicle Analysis serve as one important input for building these plans and as feature leader you will take part in planning and executing these analysis's.

Who are you?

Qualifications:
• MSc or similar within Electrical-, Mechanical-, Automotive Engineering and/or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years working in areas related to diagnostics.
• Experience working with requirement such as creating, breaking down, verification or validation.
• Extensive customer and product knowledge.
