Within Finance & Business Transformation, Business Control Supply Chain Operations (SCO), we are looking for a Factory Controller Tetra Rex. You will be the member of Cluster Europe and Central Asia Supply Chain Operations controllers ' community.
About the position
You will support factory directors in Sunne & Skoghall and Imatra, factory management teams and working actively with World Class Manufacturing (WCM). You will report to Cluster Business Controller SCO, Supplier Management, Facility and Real Estate Management.
Your main focus will be:
• Lead and manage business control activities, such as monthly closing and reporting process, expenses control and follow up
• Coordinate and oversee factory KPI, report and analyse factory waste
• Follow up investment spending plan, forecast and budget investment cash flow, support investment appraisal business cases and follow up results
• Provide production costs variance and trends analysis
• Support the WCM culture in the factory, lead factory cost pillar and participate in other pillars to provide analysis on monetary savings
• Develop and implement cost effectiveness initiatives and saving opportunities
• Ensure compliance to corporate governance policies and procedures and drive internal control monitoring
Preferred location for this position is in Sunne, Sweden. Possible alternatives are in Skoghall, Sweden or Imatra, Finland. You will work in a global arena and travel up to 10% of your time. You will be a part of the management team in Sunne and it 's therefor required that you are on site at least 3 days a week.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have at least 3 years ' experience in similar position, preferably in manufacturing industry. You have competences in business, cost and price analysis, investment cash flow, planning & forecasting techniques and financial reporting principles, familiar with process orientation and performance measurement.
You probably have a University degree within Business Administration or Accounting & Finance. You are fluent in English, and you have experience in preferably SAP, MS Office, BO and Power BI or similar systems.
