The Swedish Academy of Realist Art, Atelier Stockholm (SARA) was founded in 2006 and offers an education in realistic drawing and painting. The curriculum has been developed with the best and most effective traditional methods and techniques including those used during the Renaissance, 17th and 18th century European art academies, and still used by the Russian Academy of Fine Arts. We are looking for life drawing models, no requirement for prior experience. Applicants must be over 18. Classical figures and dancers are encouraged to apply. Models with no tattoos or piercings are preferred. Must be reliable.
NOTE:
Figure models pose nude, entirely without clothes.
Portrait models sit fully clothed.
Salary:
Figure Models: 100 SEK / hour
Portrait Models: 80 SEK / hour
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9:00 to 12:00, 13:00-16:00 (Long Pose)
Thursday - 18:00-20:00 (Open Kroki)
Friday - 9.00-12:00 (Gestures)
Date: Nov. 25 to Dec. 17 of 2009.
Models hired for long poses must be able to fulfill the total number of hours booked.
