About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Group External Sustainability Manager who has a passion for turning complex reporting requirements into clear, impactful disclosure to be part of our Sustainability
reporting team. In this role you will be responsible for the external sustainability reporting of the Electrolux Group and lead our efforts to align and comply with evolving sustainability reporting regulations and standards. You will work cross-functionally with the business areas, product lines and group functions such as finance, legal, HR, environmental, product sustainability, social sustainability and relevant key functions to collect data, manage projects, and ensure our reporting is accurate, timely, and transparent.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance mainly with CSRD, and other applicable regulatory frameworks.
Manage double materiality assessments and ESG risk analysis to ensure reporting reflects key impacts, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional input and manage external sustainability reporting initiatives.
Lead the development and drafting of annual and quarterly sustainability and ESG reports, ensuring timely and accurate disclosures that align with relevant frameworks.
Monitor emerging sustainability regulations and standards, advise on implications and execution of best practices.
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and consultants to ensure accurate and timely disclosure.

Who You Are:
Strong analytical mindset with proven experience in sustainability reporting, corporate reporting, or financial reporting. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, and/or CSDDD is required.
Experience from driving and managing projects in climate reporting or other relevant sustainability areas is a plus.
Excellent project management skills.
