Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson is now heavily investing in the future 5G technology where in-house ASIC development is key. Accordingly, we will strengthen our RF and Mixed signal ASIC Design team in Lund, Sweden. We are looking for a Design Engineers, who will work as part of a team developing innovative integrated RF/mixed-signal transceiver ASICs. The team is responsible for the full ASIC from the early phases to the final product approval. Sounds interesting? Apply now!
The ideal candidate will have the skills necessary all the way from architectural choices, specification, and implementation of IP-blocks to validation of the component in the lab. We are also hiring persons with expertise in only parts of the development flow.
The projects are often driven multi-site. Good cooperation skills and teamwork are very important.
You will
Design RF and Mixed Signal ASIC blocks
Be part of pre-studies and pre-development
Do architectural choices, schematic- and layout- design, simulation, verification, documentation, and reporting
Work in close collaboration with colleagues, system engineers, architects, and validation engineers
To be successful in the role you must have
MSEE or Ph.D. degree
In-depth and documented experience of RF- and/or mixed-signal ASIC design
Experience from mm-wave design and measurements
Good communication and presentation ability in English
Result-oriented approach with a possibility to take own initiatives and drive improvements
Motivation and a dedicated way of working
Good collaboration skills
Curiosity and high interest in RF and ASIC technical area
