Everyone is encouraged to take part and contribute.Your opportunity and who you areThe Software & Electronic Security Centers main focus is to support Shared Technologies and the ASSA ABLOY Group to have the correct security within their solutions (application, firmware, hardware and cloud). We believe that you have strong hands-on experience as an architect for cloud based solutions and are not afraid to dig in and get hands on. You have a genuine interest in continuously improving solutions, worked in an environment where you have been part of developing high security solutions. You are a strong believer in infrastructure automation, building security from the core of a service rather than bolt on afterwards. Responsibilities Create and maintain cloud guidelines, infrastructure requirements and processes Facilitate and/or execute infrastructure audits/reviews and threat/risk analyses internally, Provide advice and guidance on cloud infrastructure design and solutions developed at Shared Technologies, Coordinate continuous learning for all employees at Shared Technologies within the infrastructure areaDefining security architecture with VPCs, subnets, IAMProviding and implementing Cloud best practices across all the projects, as well as technical expertise in the areas of end-to-end DevOps lifecycleRequirement analysis and creation of technical specifications, implement solutions for the requirementsTechnical responsibility of deployed solutions, including related documentationReviewing the Cloud environments to ensure they are secured, stable and sustainableHelping teams to become more mature in the Cloud setup, security and continuous deliveryAbility to understand, implement the tool-chain, build process for multiple components, integrate into single build process with refactoring and containerizationOptimizing existing architecture to improve productivity Mandatory qualifications 10+ years experience as a senior IT infrastructure security administrator or architect 5+ years of relevant experience in public cloud application security architecture (good knowledge and experience with AWS Cloud infrastructure, architecture and automation)In depth knowledge of Cloud Security solution implementation at Enterprise LevelExperience with defining frameworks for validating and executing audits of Cloud Infrastructure implementations, Experience with defining new architectures, ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand pointExperience driving automation processes, build tools, maintaining the uptime and availability of large deploymentsExcellent written & verbal communications skills in English, interpersonal skills to work with both internal and external partnersGenuine interest to learn and share knowledge about new technologies, best practices and principles in the DevSecOps areaExperience with Secure Software Development life-cycle so: security classification, threat modeling, risk assessments and security ReviewsNice to haveExperience with hardware, network security, CISSP, ISSMP, CISM or equivalent, Experience of agile project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Lean Innovation), Knowledge about 3rd party tools frameworks and modules used in software development, Knowledge of open source licensing and models, Deep scripting experience and a firm believe that everything can and should be automated, Familiarity with secure coding standards and best practices ( e.g. BSIMM, OpenSAMM), Personal attributes Excellent written skills to communicate meaningful documentation and standards knowledge Mentoring other staff to develop their skills in the cloud infrastructure area Being capable of picking up new projects and technology quickly Flexible in adapting to changing business and project priorities Enthusiastic proponent of application security Perfect team player Pro-active problem solver
