Do you want to be a part of a cutting edge ÅF team working with the latest technology within Big Data and Hadoop full stack development, in a project with the best developers in the region and with the most attractive customer right now? We are looking for developers and tech leads with burning passion for complex development in a team where you will be able to contribute and learn from highly skilled team members. You will be working in an inspiring and challenging environment developing future Map services for users around the globe.
Who are you?
To find the position suitable, you should match most of the profile:
• Committed developer that takes on new challenges with energy.
• Fearless "Doer", who is not afraid to venture into new things even if you haven?t done it before.
• Well aware of how it works "under the hood" in coding, which solutions and design patterns that are most optimal in different situations.
• Quick learner that easily picks up new technologiesExcellent team player that utilize the strength in sharing information
• Able to wear multiple hats, do what it takes ability and attitude
• Strong object-oriented programming and design skills, preferably in Java/Scala, and/or C++.
• Experience building scalable, reliable, distributed unix-based systems.
• Hadoop ecosystem knowledge(Zookeeper/HBase/HDFS/MapReduce).
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.
Additional competences that are a plus:
Experience in information retrieval and storage or machine learning.Worked with next generation Hadoop technologies, e.g. Hive, Pig, YARN, Spark, Storm, Samza. Working knowledge of Python and/or shell scripting
