What you would do as EVP and CHRO
As our Executive Vice President and CHRO you will lead the Human Resources function and be responsible for executing and continuing the development and transformation of our group People strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape and drive the future of the people agenda in our organization. You will own our HR processes, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, Comp & Ben, HR Governance, HRIS and Health & Safety, and ensure that they support our overall business strategy. You will also play an important role in enabling a culture and leadership based on our core values: empowerment, innovation and integrity, and to continue driving our transformation where we want to form a common identity and culture for the ASSA ABLOY group. As a key member of the ASSA ABLOY Executive Team you report directly to the President and CEO of the ASSA ABLOY Group, working in close collaboration, as well as with the Group CFO. You will be responsible for driving the implementation and execution of the Group strategy, including the strategic people initiatives that form part of our 2030 vision. The role is global and you need to be prepared to travel extensively.
You will also:
• Drive organizational development and support in M&A activities
• Be a valuable speaking partner/sounding board for the CEO, the Executive Management team and the ASSA ABLOY board
• Manage a team of skilled HR colleagues around the world, chair the global HR-Board, champion Health and Safety, and build a strong global HR community
• As a member of the ASSA ABLOY Executive Team, you will promote and support collaboration within the organization to ensure that synergies, resources and business opportunities are fully utilized
• Strengthen our Employer Brand and make us the employer of choice
The skills and experiences you need
We are looking for someone who has:
• Several years' experience of leading the Human Resources function, as a critical member of an International P&L driven leadership team, within the industrial/technology sector, creating and implementing its people strategy and agenda
• Experience from driving extensive change and transformation in a decentralised matrix organisation
• Experience from supporting a growing organization organically and through acquisitions with HW, SW and Services in the portfolio
• Experience from a digitized HR-environment utilizing data analytics and technology in order to create transparency and efficiency
• Has a true business interest and always takes a stance on how to support our business
• Solid experience from leading people and teams directly and in a matrix environment, being able to create an inclusive culture of transparency

You are seen as a thought leader within HR, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate, influence and add value in discussions across our divisions. We think you are a true leader with extensive experience of understanding the requirements of how to drive a function forward. You are passionate about digitization and quickly adopts new concepts and ideas. You thrive in an organization characterized by delegation and accountability, as well as structure and processes. To be successful in the role, you should also have the ability to prioritize and work in a complex environment where you need to handle conflict and different agendas. You are a leader who acts immediately to take necessary, and sometimes difficult, decisions.
