On behalf of a client, MultiMind is looking for an ERP-Specialist. Our client is a successful international company that leads the global market in high-tech electronics manufacturing and digital media. Company is represented in the most parts of the world and you will be joining their team at Nordic headquarters in Stockholm. Right now company is going through an exciting expansion phase. It's a temporary position with the start immediately till the last of December 2013 and you will be hired by MultiMind.
As an ERP specialist you will be in direct contact with the MIS Manager, MIS Director and EDI Coordinator. In most cases you will work directly with Logistics Department, Indoor Sales Department, Customer Satisfaction Department, Credit Department and Tax Manager.
Main responsibilities will include implementing new business processes by analyzing company’s requirements and at the same time giving users support and making sure that daily operations continue to run smoothly. You will be in charge of the whole flow from purchasing to sales and after sales activities, including sales closing at the end of each month. You will also take part in internal projects covering logistics modules of SAP. Besides you will have an opportunity to work on the integration projects, which may involve more than one ERP system and different legacy systems.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• University degree in Computer Engineering or Mathematic or an equivalent degree
• SAP SD/MM module experience. Focus on: order management, pricing and tax structure, billing and reports related to it, reports related to order management, output condition techniques
• Material Management. Focus on: master data maintenance, purchasing, inventory management
• Logistics execution
• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP programming. Focus on SAP enhancements and User Exits, BADI knowledge, BAPI and RFC knowledge
• Basic knowledge of SAP IDOC and ALE (Merit)
EXPERIENCE:
• At least 4 years experience in SAP customizing and ABAP programming
• At least one full cycle project experience and live support experience
• Experience from electronics industry and sales processes (Merit)
OTHER SKILLS:
• Problem solving ability
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to plan and follow up projects
• Service minded with a helpful attitude
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Preferably Swedish speaking
