CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS SPECIALIST /TEMPORARY POSITION (1 YEAR)
We are looking for a Client Instructions Specialist with good technical skills reporting to Operations Leader in Sweden.
THE JOB
As a Client Instructions Specialist you will be part of a local team of 8 employees with close cooperation with Nordic colleagues. The team is working with incoming scanning data from the Grocery Industry and ensuring correct setup in the predefined categories within client specific databases. You will handle one of the categories and clients deliverables linked to it.
Your responsibilities will be to ensure great service, support and update to our clients. You will work closely together with Commercial team to meet the client's expectations.
The system used in your daily work is a Nielsen developed platform and you will receive on the job training.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Responsible for the quality and delivery of refreshed data and ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Provide expert operational support to Commercial colleagues (and client when requested), as well as owning and leading quality improvement initiatives in conjunction with other Global Operation departments.
• Manage requests and updates to our clients' databases.
• Answering questions from Commercial colleagues.
• Sign off in the Final Inspection before delivery.
• Other tasks and projects as needed.
THE PERSON
We are looking for a person with a university degree in business administration or information science, alternatively post-secondary education that is relevant to the service. Further we are searching for a candidate that is:
• Analytical and possess strong numerical sense.
• Positive and solution oriented and has the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• A team player and manages his/her own workload independently.
• Eager to work in an international environment and across international borders.
• Organized and structured and is able to work under strict deadlines and works very well under pressure.
• Client oriented, pro-active and result oriented
• Open and possess strong communication skills, written & verbal.
• Skilled with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Fluent in English and Swedish (verbal and written). Other foreign languages are meritorious.
It is an advantage if you have FMCG or Nielsen experience and knowledge of Nielsen software is a plus.
