At Seco, we're looking for an innovative and strategic Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning our IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring that we stay ahead in the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
About the job
In this position, you align technology initiatives with business strategy, driving digital transformation across our organization. You lead the development and execution of our Digital Change Agenda (DCA), ensuring it supports our strategic priorities. Collaborating closely with business leaders, IT teams and solution architects, you create and maintain target architectures and transition plans that guide us toward our future state. This role includes analyzing emerging technology trends, facilitating strategic dialogues and acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders. You're also responsible for establishing architecture governance, promoting best practices and ensuring alignment with Sandvik's broader digital strategy.
Your role includes:
Leading the DCA process and providing tools such as capability maps and platform strategies.
Advising senior leadership on technology investments and digital transformation opportunities.
Coaching architects and fostering architectural collaboration across business units.
Ensuring architectural consistency and alignment across projects and delivery teams.
Collaborating with sourcing, cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain strategic coherence.
The location for this position is Fagersta or Stockholm, and we apply a hybrid work solution.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with strong knowledge of TOGAF or other Enterprise Architecture methods. Your analytical, planning, and organizational skills are excellent, and you possess advanced skills in creativity and flexibility. You have a high level of situational intelligence and can navigate obstacles and politics effectively. With excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills, you're to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You're a strategic thinker with advanced networking and stakeholder management skills. You excel in building relationships and managing stakeholders through sharing knowledge and best practices. You're a collaborative team player, capable of leading and coaching others while maintaining alignment with overall business and IT strategies.
